My experiences with G, Lexus of Easton’s service department over the years have been very good to excellent. Unfortunately, this experience of being charged for services that were not done was both disappointing and dangerous. While the service was a simple oil change, after getting home that afternoon and having the oil light come on, I had to go to a local service station. I subsequently discovered that there was no oil in the engine which could have completely, irreparably damage the engine. This impacted my trust with what I thought was quality service.

Was able to get my car serviced today after scheduling yesterday! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I could not have had a better experience. Waited in the 'quiet room' and worked until my car was ready at which time they gave it to me clean and with a smile. Thanks for everything. My prior vehicle was an Audi and had Byers treated me the same as Germain Lexus, I would still be a loyal customer.
Repairs costs less than at AAA service center for same repairs - and the warranty was better.

Service person was great as far as keeping me informed. The time it took to perform the work was a little extensive. I waited for the car for 3.5 hours. I did have the detail done which she told me could take an extra hour. Then I get an email when I'm leaving they inspected and valued my car for a trade in. I never asked for that and I know it takes a good 45 min to accomplish this. Not good when I have to wait for something I didn't ask for.

I arrived at 10 am. The got me from the waiting area about 3 minutes later. Very pleasant employees. They had my car done by the time they said it would be ready. Very good experience.
Everyone there is always willing to help with whatever is needed. They are all very professional and super organized.. Kevin keeps us up to date throughout the service time without us needing to call.
I love bringing our car for service at Germain! I travel 175 miles each way but it is absolutely worth it! When I pull in the garage someone immediately opens my car door and greets me in a friendly way! I am given a gorgeous loaner car so I can shop and go out it to eat! I have never had difficulty with the car being serviced. I don’t plan to go anywhere else for sales or service!

Brought my car in for a check up. While in the shop, our previously cracked windshield, about 5 inches at the vin plate. Not noticed by the tech, expanded by about twenty inches straight up into the drivers view. Couldn’t miss it driving the car. No mention of it made by service staff. Nice going. Still wondering about what else they may have missed. Thanks for that.
