I must have had six or eight RX's by now since 2000 or so; we live in Indianapolis and we shop at Tom Wood Lexus. I decided after two years with my current one to switch to a hybrid and there were none here to be had. No prospects of any coming in either. I seen a used LS come up for sale online. Car was advertised at a great price and showed even better in person than the pictures lead to believe. From test drive to leaving with the keys to my “new to me” car in 90 minutes. I was far from buying the highest end car on the lot but they treated me like I was and for that I will be back 100%.

I accidentally scheduled my service at a different location. They fit me in anyway with no questions asked! So friendly and professional about it! Great help from Kevin detailing the needs of the car and modifying as the techs found items that needed desperate help. Kevin is a very comprehensive agent to have in your side. Always treated well by him and the service team at Lexus.

I scheduled my 30,000 service, I usually wait but they informed me it was a 2 hour service and offered a loaner vehicle. Jeff Hathcock was my service advisor he’s so helpful and kind. He collected my information and had me setup in the loaner right away. My car was finished before the 2 hours quoted and it runs and drives great!

We purchased a new car a few months back and just went in for the first service. it is super easy and convenient to schedule a service appointment (either online or over the phone). They have a ton of availability for appointments and loaners which is a stark contrast to other car brands where you have to wait weeks or months out. I worked with Donna who was lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend Lexus and this service center!

Last year 2022 my son, who has his 2nd Lexus, convinced me to purchase my RX350. I am so thankful he did. The sales team was very accommodating and I was pleased with my purchase. Well after our subzero weather and not always starting/driving my RX weekly, the battery died. I called and roadside came and jumped it. After letting it run for an hour I turned it off.
