When it comes to Service & Quality no one comes close to our factory trained technicians. We've invested in the latest high-tech diagnostic equipment. We also use the same high quality parts that were in your car when you bought it.

Dealer Trained Technicians - There is nothing to compare with the excellent training and hands-on experience you receive from our technicians years at our dealership. We will get the job fixed right the first time. We follow factory recommendations and procedures so that the job gets done the way it was intended.

Personal Relationship - Due to our small size and friendly staff, you can to get to know the technician that actually worked on your car. This allows us to really meet your needs on an individual basis. We have found that this is a key ingredient in understanding exactly what each person's individual priorities are for their car.

Whatever repairs or service you have performed at Germain Lexus of Easton, you can count on it being fixed right the first time with your best interest in mind. We prioritize necessary repairs in order of "safety" issues first, followed by possible "break down" issues next. Third are the cosmetic issues that are leaky or squeaky. Yes, oil leaks and other leaks are important to repair, but aren't always the highest priority compared to other needs of the vehicle. We'll let you know what is the most important issue to repair on your vehicle followed by a recommended list of other items to monitor until further repairs are needed. We want you to leave our business feeling that you really did receive a good value for your money.  We also service Toyota's.

For the safety of our employees and customers, and to help prevent the car wash equipment from damage, please note that our customer courtesy car wash is only open when temperature is above freezing.  We will also close on rainy days.  We apologize for any inconvenience in regards to those times when the facility is not open, but hope that you understand our policy regarding the operation of this expensive equipment is to protect your investment and ours.  If you have any questions about whether the courtesy car wash is open, please call the store.  Thank you!”
